Teachers are educational leaders and leading learning through continuous professional development because education is a never-ending process for every one especially for teachers. Secondly, teachers may also discover new teaching strategies through continuous professional development and as a result teachers would also be able to go back to the classroom and make positive changes to their teaching approaches and curricula to better suit the needs of their students. Thirdly, acquiring and implementing the professional education have benefits for both teachers and students, but most importantly, it helps teachers to become a reflective practitioner teacher. In Pakistan, teachers’ professional development initiatives are part of our learning. Now, homage is performing a role of coordination among the schools and professionals after Training Need Analysis (TNA). The TNA services of homage are free –of-cost for schools.
